Hacking Sexuality
Aging is optional; but you've got to do some work and sacrifice a few things to get there.
I would say that I could be considered a pretty solid life hacker. I have found a ton of travel hacks, money saving hacks on everyday things like phone bills and groceries. I've got an eye for a great deal and I understand the magic of compounding interest.
Hacking my sexuality wasn't really on my agenda since I thought that my inner nymph would never run dry(Don't worry, it hasn't). It's only changed...for the better!
When I was a 20something...I was the male equivalent of walking around with a hard dick, ready for action at the drop of a dime. Into my 30's this waned a bit and became more of a relaxed rather than urgent desire.
At the end of my 30's things started to shift and I started to wonder if my drive was dropping off. Should I be worried about this I wondered…
Not one to worry, but to engineer. Enter the start of my 40's. It was at this time that I really stared to dial my food and health in. I started learning about gut microbiome and L.Reuturi and how this affected my sexual health. I started making 36hr fermented yogurt with L.Reuturi as this is the strain of probiotic that specifically gives us good sexual health!
I also got rid of all junk in my diet so my gut could focus on rebuilding it's self. Once I started this super clean eating and the yogurt, I noticed an almost immediate change. First, my moods were better and way more balanced, I have been calmer, my empathy is better, I seldom get PMS. And my sex drive...you guessed it, off the charts!
Really a game changer. Every year I feel younger and healthier and sexier.
I feel like a lot of folks would like to reverse some or all of the perceived effects of aging. Like anything in life, you've just gotta want it and be willing to put in a little work.
P.S.There is a 92yr old woman at my gym who doesn't look a day over 65, she's got chiseled biceps like coiled steel. Now that's inspiration!
